• Employees, assistants, agents, or third parties acting on behalf of any person or business

• Anyone who has connected with BeautyBell through referral, direct outreach, event interaction, or inbound inquiry

By interacting with BeautyBell in any form, you acknowledge that you are a decision-maker or authorized contact—or have voluntarily engaged with us—and consent to receive information and communication relevant to our services and offerings.

Consent & Communication Agreement

By providing your phone number, email, address, or social media contact, you agree to receive communication from BeautyBell Collective via:

• SMS/text messages

• Email

• Phone calls/voicemails

• Messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, iMessage)

• Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)

• Printed or mailed materials

• In-person visits or doorstep drop-offs

These communications may include:

• Order updates or confirmations

• Promotions, product news, and restock alerts

• Education events or training opportunities

• Follow-ups, surveys, or support

• Payment is required prior to shipping or delivery unless alternate terms are agreed upon

• Invoices are typically sent via Square, email, or text and are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

• Products are shipped through approved carriers or hand-delivered by our team

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

• Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours (3 business days) of delivery or drop-off

• Returns require prior approval and photographic proof if related to damage

• Products must be unused and in original packaging for return eligibility

• Deliveries may be completed by leaving items at the business location and photographed for proof

Use of Products

Products sold by BeautyBell Collective are for professional use only, unless clearly marked as retail. It is your responsibility to use products according to label directions and industry standards. BeautyBell is not responsible for improper use, storage, or application.

Hold Harmless Agreement

By engaging with BeautyBell, you agree to:

• Hold us harmless from any claims, liability, or damages arising from your use of our products, services, communications, or delivery methods

• Acknowledge that all communications were initiated by your request, referral, or voluntary interaction—either by you or someone representing your business or interests

Privacy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your SMS or personal contact details with third parties. You may request data removal or review at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, content, educational materials, and communications created by or for BeautyBell Collective are protected. Reproduction, distribution, or misuse is prohibited without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

BeautyBell Collective is not responsible for:

• Losses related to delayed delivery or product availability

• Reactions, misuse, or off-label use of professional products

• Misunderstood communication or lack of opt-out action on your part

All services and communications are provided “as is,” and use is at your discretion and risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
